where can u complain about child abuse cases in India?

Talk to the Child protetctive services that handled the case you are refering to. They can point you in the right direction or take the complaint personally.

Can you be arrested for committing verbal/emotional abuse in a domestic relationship?

If not, why do you think not? Isn’t verbal & emotional abuse just as bad as physical abuse? It can wear a person down just as bad.

I live and work in Ohio. We have specific statutes for verbal intimidation and verbal abuse under our domestic violence ordinance. If a person calls the police and states that they are in fear of their safety due to verbal intimidation or threats, the person is arrested and charged. It literally becomes a "he said, she said" scenario in court, but the court sides with the plaintiff if they state threats were used. So yes, verbal abuse is just as bad as physical abuse and will lead to conviction in a court of law.

I hope this helps and you can find it useful

Another $660,000,000.00 was paid by the Los Angeles Roman Catholic Diocese for CHILD ABUSE cases . . .?

according to the articles in the papers and on this site:

http://www.1335.com/rome.html

Many other cases are pending. As long as people support such activity through financially supporting this filthy organization, how many more children will suffer do you suppose?

This filth will continue until the Messiah returns and destroys every last remnant of this evil religious false system called christianity, in this case, Roman Catholicism. This is soon to take place. Many children are permanently harmed on a continuing basis by this vile system. Not just in Catholic churches but in protestant as well. As long as they have doctrines which justifytheir continuing in sin, they will continue to think they can get by with it. The government is not gonna do much to stop it…..many of them are part of the problem too.

What is your opinion of women that allow husband to physically or mentally abuse her children?

Why would a mother just stand there allowing their child to suffer mental or physical abuse. What could possibly drive them to be heartless.

fear for themselves. not all people would risk their lives for others even their own children, the mother is just scared, not that i’m saying she is right not doing anything for her children but she would be worrying for herself. i would do something personally because that is who i am but you need to think for yourself if you should do anything.

How to help someone suffering emotional/physical abuse?

I have a friend who is 18 years old. Her mother is verbally and on at least one occasion, physically abusive. Is there any organization that exists to help teens who are 18 or older?

It depends on where you are, but the answer is most likely yes. If you’re still in high school and have a counselor available he/she would probably be the best person to refer you to somewhere. Any community service location or person (public library, court, police) should be able to find out or direct you to an appropriate organization.

I would be there for that person, too, if you can. Even a little support can make a ton of difference.

What angle or standpoint can I put on Depression or Child Abuse for my analytical essay?

I have to do an analytical essay and I’m having alot of trouble finding topics, my teacher suggested I do something like Depression or Child Abuse. I just don’t really know what kind of angle I can put on those topics, like somewhat an argumentive angle. Please help me!

how about the dangers of depression in children, because it is harder to determine. plus children/teens are more used to ups and downs emotionally, and hide or show them in different ways. they can’t just go to a psychiatrist; many times they are embarrassed or scared. or they dont want to worry their parents.

perhaps u can write about the dangers, mentally and emotionally, on a child who has depression. similar for child abuse; most are too scared or ashamed to talk about it, and how it affects them as they get older. good luck

How much has the church paid out in child abuse cases?

In the past ten years.

Good question – lets see if pasting 4 pages of the bible will answer this one!

What is the punishment in Texas for physical abuse of a teenager?

Does anyone know or have any examples as to what the punishment is in Texas for leaving large bruises on arms, waist and thighs after forcefully slapping (7 times), kicking and hitting a 15 year old girl? The offender is her father. He has a clean criminal record and this is the first incident. CPS and County Sheriffs s Dept are involved and child is with mother (ex-wive of abuser) at this time. Waiting for him to be charged….
I should have asked – What could he be charged with? Sorry!

I pride myself on ALWAYS having the correct answer for any question. And that answer is, I don’t know. Nor does anyone else.

How can we even speculate on punishment if there isn’t even an actual charge yet?

if a thirteen yr old was emotionally abused (*actual verbal and emotional abuse, NOT "boo hoo, my parents don’t love me because they won’t take me to Hot topic" *) what would it do the teen if it had been going on since they were 8?

With the public outrage over all these cases of child abuse….?

and the seemingly huge failure of a system that is meant to protect the most vulnerable in society, how long do you think it will be before parents are faced with the prospect of taking matters into their own hands?

What would you do to protect those you love? Would you be prepared to fight against those that continue to abuse our children?

Do you think that a ‘vigilante’ approach is wrong, and the law should determine the outcome of such cases?

Your views please!

Is vigilante action wrong? No its the only answer since the death penalty has been done away with.
I just read Stephs answer to another Q were that evil scummy b1tch of a mother to baby P and sister walked in on him raping her kid and said dont do that.
Words nearly fail me.
If anybody touched any of my kids I would kill them then and there.
As you know Zoe the whole protection of children thing is something I am going thru now at home-although not on the same scale as baby P it is still neglect and as I told you if I saw Ebonys ”parents” I would kill both of them.
The law is crap–They will both get short sentences and then be released and the rest of us will pay to have them protected.
My solution is this–Release the whole 3 pikeys from prison and announce the date, time and place of their release and let the public be the judge.
There is another case against that b@stard as well-it said on the news last night that it is an even more horrific one-What the hell could be worse than what he did.
They all deserve to die and then burn in hell and I hope thats what happens

Sorry this a bit of a ramble !!
