Fast Food Healthy?
My family and I were looking for a healthy place to go eat. We ended up at a nationally know sandwich place. It was fairly cheap because you could get a foot long sandwich for five dollars. My husband and I split one and so did my son and daughter. The sandwich was delicious and well worth the two dollars and fifty cents we spent for each of us to eat out and not eat unhealthly. My husband and I choose a veggie sandwich and it was just as good as a meat sandwich. My daughter and son ate the turkey sandwich. For quick meals at home and about try Medifast

Do You Have a Bad Day
Notice that I did not say, “did you have a bad day”. The reason I ask is because I overheard my wife tell my daughter that her bad day was this coming Friday and I wondered if you had advance plans for a bad day? To my wife and daughter a bad day means that this si the day that they have purposefully said that we will eat what we want whether healthy or not. Now as we all know, if they were eating foods based on the Medifast Diet then all of their meal would be healthy meals. So, when is your bad day scheduled?

Good Fats
Not all fats are bad. Some fats increase your metabolism and reduce insulin levels. You eat monounsaturated fats like olive oil, nuts, and avocadoes. Also, omega-3 fats like fish. Bad fats included saturated fats and trans fats. So, make sure you read the labels or ask for the nitritional information at restuarants and fast food places. Choose fats that are good for you or just try the Medifast diet plan to lose the fat.

What’s ground flax seed?
Well it’s also called flax seed meal and is the title given to whole flax seeds which have been put via a mill to turn them in to a rough powder form. It is easy after that to dust them over your cereal products, salads, soups and so forth. To buy flax seeds in their whole seed form is cheaper because you can buy in bulk and it has a long shelf life compared to ground flax seed meal. If you buy whole flax seed though you need to make sure you grind it down thought or your body cannot digest it. If you buy flax seed meal though, offers the most convenience for you because you simply open up the packaging & scatter over your foods. Remember it does have a shorter shelf life though.
