Who knows what tomorrow will bring

The real estate sector has obviously experienced its reasonable amount of changes to it through the past few months or even years.

It seemed for a whilst that property prices had been forever going up. The prospect for youthful purchasers within the affluent years was not very higher. It was the same for those looking for workplace space, the requirement was incredibly large as well as the supply was constraining, therefore prices had been very high and businesses experienced to pay lots of money to stay inside the offices that had been currently in.

7/1 ARM’s

There are tons of more complicated ARMs out there too. One of these, called the 7/1 ARM, is a loan that has a fixed interest and payment for the first seven years. Then the interest rate is adjusted one time each year for the remainder of the loan. Another type of ARM is called the 30 due in 7. This is a loan amortized over 30 years with the interest and payment being the same for the first 7 years. In year 8 the loan is adjusted once and then remains the same for the remaining life of the loan. Click Here

Commercial estate agents- are they worth the money

Becoming a commercial property agent looks like it could be an easy job. Surely all you have to do is take prospective clients/customers around buildings that they are interested in and then pass on their offer if they make one to the seller of the property.
Is there anymore to the job than that? Lets just hope no commercial property agents are reading this! As their job is a lot more difficult than the average man on the street thinks. There is a lot of prep work to do before even getting a property onto the market. And then once it’s on there a huge amount of work that they need to do to try and sell it, so don’t underestimate the commercial estate agent!

Got a buyout – Now what?

I am 40 years old and my company just paid me to leave. I know, lucky guy. I have friends that are out of work and basically got nothing out of the deal. I want to leverage my situation at much as possible to I may be looking to use the cash to buy foreclosed homes since the economy stinks and some very successful friends of mine have told me that this is the exact right time to buy distressed real estate. I trust them because they are financially set. It is kind of scary though because what I got represents all the disposable cash I have in the world.
