How is child abuse cases handled by law enforcement?

In court etc?

capital punishment is allowed in the home,
aka spanking, hitting, and so on.
if it escalates to endangering the kids life, call police
and if they agree, it will go to family court.

    depends on the state, in CA (where i live) cap. punishment is allowed… but my gf’s mom just sprained her wrist and we’re buildin a case with CPS, we hate that b!tch, and she’s had to deal with this since she was born so im FINALLY gettin her away from it….
