What does dependency mean in a child abuse case ?
I have seen it used on woman who take back abusers,woman who lack housing and basic needs and also drug addicts..and more ..but what is this real problem or definition when it’s used against someone ?
The victim has grown attached to the abuser.

They need that attention and need the absuer, and just can’t let go. They don’t think its time to give up yet, they depend on the abuser to take care of them, yet they abuse them.
