What’s a good thesis statement for my speech on emotional abuse?

For my communications class I have to write an informative speech on emotional abuse and I was supposed write a thesis statement like four days ago, but the computer I was on in the school library didn’t save what I had come up with, and now I can’t even think of something, so I’m hoping you guys can help.. I’d really appreciate it!
